Yes. My existence is nothing but trouble. I should just disappear, right?

Thanks for making me feel so worthless. I will never forget this. I swear.

I'm not the same kid from your memory.

Well hello there! It's the last day of 2011!
:)

This post will be kinda lengthy, so bear with me alright. :P I'll be doing a summary about 2011.

2011 has been pretty.. exciting. Well lemme rewind.

Sooooo I turned Secondary Three. Everything was tougher, and much harsher. Academically wise, I did really badly this year. So, my resolutions for this new year would be: STOP PROCRASTINATING SO MUCH.

Don't really have much to talk about studies. In a nutshell, I sucked in my studies this year.

Hmmm, I remember how quiet 3E1 was on the first day of school. We were so quiet that the fans were the loudest noise in class. Honestly, back then I thought that my classmates were really.. hardcore nerds. And obviously I was wrong.

I realised how united and lovely my class were during the Sec 3 Adventure Camp. I HAD A LOT OF FUN WITH THEM. Although it wasn't as if we never knew each other before, but getting to know more about your classmates and making new friends feels awesome.

And I think that without my classmates, the camp wouldn't have been that fun.

And it brings me to the next point. The departure of my grandmother.
I left halfway during the camp, because Miss Cheong thought I had chicken pox. Mr Nonis sent me home. And when I got home, I saw my grandfather at the lift lobby. And that was when I found out my grandmother had passed on.

And when I saw my grandmother the next day.. AH DAMN IT THIS IS SO SAD I DON'T WANT TO GO INTO DETAILS.

I JUST FELT INCREDIBLY UPSET OKAY.

OKAY. MOVING ON.

Another major event in 2011 would be.. OBS. :D

It was one hardcore camp, made a lot of new friends, and yeah, it's something in my life I would NEVER forget.

Personally, I feel that I'm more open-minded and.. mature, in a sense, after the camp.
I can't bear to see food going to waste. :P

Probably after eating cup noodles for 5 days consecutively. :P Made me realise how precious food actually is.

Next.
Getting the opportunity to be the Chairman of ELDDS.

To be honest, I never really expected myself to hold such a high position.

OH AND ALSO, SYF.
One unforgettable experience. As stage manager, it was not as stressful as being the actors. Never liked being ON the stage anyway. :P

Was really happy when we found out that we actually got Silver! Took us only 2 months prepare the play, so we were not expecting much. And hence, it was really a pleasant surprise. :)

Yada yada yada, the next major thing would be the trip to Sabah.
Yeahhhhh I already did a post about the trip to Sabah actually. :P SABAH IS SOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL I HAVE TO GO BACK THERE ONE DAY.
:)

And of course, the most recent highlight of 2011:
JOE BROOKS CONCERT.

It was my FIRST ever concert and the experience was INCREDIBLE.

And yeahhh I already did a post about it, so I've nothing much to say. :P

But honestly I can't describe how THRILLED I was when he wrapped his arms around me.
:D It was probably the sweetest hug for me. :)

Yuppppp, so that's pretty much all. :)

2011 rocked!
Please let 2012 be as awesome.

(Okay actually there were my sad moments of 2011, but I decided not to include ALL of them because.. I'd prefer to count my blessings. :P)

And for all the lovely people that read till here, may you have a fantastic year ahead!
2012 BETTER BE A BLAST.

Colourful.

Okayyyy of all songs in Joe's albums, Kaleidoscope is my favourite.

I like how artists associate kaleidoscopes with their loved one in their songs.

I know majority of you readers would probably skip this and continue scrolling down, but ah well, what can I do. :P
I can't force you guys.

Yeah but in the video, he described bout the girl he wrote Kaleidoscope for, as a colourful, beautiful, but confusing girl.

And he said he couldn't handle her because she was too confusing.

He goes on talking.. And then said, "And she said to me one day, 'Waddup.' in the exact same tone. But it was very attractive!"

Omggggggg that totally made me melt, I like how he finds the girl really special.
Although I would kill to be that girl. :(

Of course, there are many other sweet songs that he wrote. To name some, Apple, Someday, aaand.. his newest and exclusive song, which he had performed only in Singapore, Till My Heart Stops Beating.

Arghhhh in short, Joe Brooks is the sweetest, most amazing, wittily humorous, and talented singer in the music industry.

:)

Okay I enjoy doing this post so much I was actually smiling all the way. :P Ahhhhh but I'm suffering from Joe withdrawal symptoms now. :( I miss his British accent.

Rest well, Joe. You must be exhausted from travelling from countries to countries just to make people like us smile. :) Really, we appreciate it, a lot. xx

If you're really interested in what happened during and after the concert, lemme direct you to this page: http://www.spinorbinmusic.com/2011/12/16/concert-review-joe-brooks-live-in-singapore-at-esplanade-recital-studios/
It's a review of his concert. :)

(Pardon me if I have any grammar mistakes LOL, it's 1.45am and I'm really sleepy now. Goodnight!)

Time of my life - Joe Brooks' concert!
Friday, December 16, 2011

So today, I finally met my idol, JOE BROOKS.

Met Xianshu EARLY in the afternoon and we headed to Esplanade. Queued for more than 5 hours over there, met Adam and his friend, and when it was time to move into the recital studio, omggggg I swear I was shaking so much.
:P

Sat on the first row, and I was EXTREMELY close to him! :) His voice was reeeeaaaally angelic, AHHHHHHH I've never really been this FANGIRL-ISH before!

Okay some pictures are really blur, but I couldn't do anything, I couldn't use flash, and it was really dark.

He has a witty sense of humour AND IT'S SOOOOOOO ATTRACTIVE OMG.
:P

Really really really enjoyed myself!

If he comes to Singapore again, I'll definitely attend his concert. :D

aaaaaaaaaaaaaand the best thing:

The size of the photo in this post is deliberate. :P

His smell was attractively manly, and he hugged me, twice! :D

MUAHAHAH, okay bye.

I'm in love omg. <3

Sabahhhh - One of the most beautiful places I've been to.
Tuesday, November 29, 2011

Okayyy, so I shall publish a quick post about Sabah.

As my title states, Sabah, is really so beautiful, I can't believe I actually witnessed all the pretty things, from the crystal clear beaches to magnificent sunsets. And all along I thought the pictures taken were photoshopped.

Sabah is too beautiful! I'm definitely going back there in future. Maybe with my husband, or maybe my parents. HEHEHEHE *shrugs*

And the photo I posted previously, IT IS REAL. OMG IT ISN'T PHOTOSHOPPED I SWEAR. Here's a picture to prove how pretty the beaches are in Sabah:

And nope, the picture is NOT photoshopped AT ALL.
The sky was really blue and the sea was CLEAR.

Mah buddies for the trip. :)
Okay it's not a very nice picture of me, but ahhh well. Posting it so that I can refer back to my posts when I grow old. :P

LOL candid.

Okay this was the place where I witnessed the most breath-taking sunset. :P Too bad Joe Brooks wasn't there with me to enjoy the sunset. :( :P

Another highlight of the Sabah trip was the Green Connection. Saw many sea creatures over there. From turtles to horseshoe crabs, stingrays and many fishes.

And also the Mari Mari Cultural Village. Okay those tribal dudes were so scary initially, but towards the end they were extremely friendly. ^^

It's a trip I will never forget. And never regret signing up for this trip.

Let go.

Off to Sabah tomorrow!

Will be back on Sunday. :)

Ok I don't know how Sabah looks like. It's just a random picture I found on Google. :P BYE!

I hope I'll have fun. And I won't miss you. :P LOL JK.
